Mr. Paul Borrow-Longain attended a range of charitable and religious functions in Cirencester, hosted by the Marquis of Lothian and the Bishop of Cirencester. A beautiful Vigil service was held in a local church, followed by dinner at the Bishops’ Palace. The following morning, a service was held in the cathedral followed by lunch in the city hall.
