Mr Borrow-Longain was honoured to have been received by HM King Kigeli V of Rwanda and created Comte (”Count”) within the dynastic honours system of Rwanda.
The award is due to his work with HM King Kigeli V, to support the people of Rwanda and promote the history, heritage and culture of Rwanda and its people.
As a British Subject Mr Borrow-Longain doesn’t use the rank and style of Comte publicly.
