This morning Paul Borrow-Longain received the 2023 Colonels of Distinction Report from the Headquarters of the Honourable Order of Kentucky Colonels which lists him as a member of The General’s Staff.
Individuals awarded the commission of Kentucky Colonel by the Head of State of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, The State Governor, and who make regular contributions to the philanthropic mission of the Honourable Order are listed in the annual report (and in certain circumstances are presented the Medal of Distinction).
