Paul Borrow-Longain attended a private dinner at the Oxford & Cambridge Club followed by an awards presentation where HRH Prince Emmanuel of Rwanda (Titular King of Rwanda) presented Ms Tessy Antony de Nassau with the Grand Cross of the Royal Order of the Drum of Rwanda.
