Mr Borrow-Longain was honoured to be presented with the Arkansas Traveler Award by the Head of Government of the State of Arkansas, the Governor.
The Arkansas Traveller is an honorary title bestowed on individuals who, through their actions serve as goodwill ambassadors for the State. A certificate is signed by the governor and the secretary of state which is presented to the honouree.
