Paul Borrow-Longain was privileged to be invited to Oxford University to attend the launch of the new military charity, Bravo Victor, spun out for Blind Veterans UK.
It was incredibly moving to hear the stories and projects of people from the United Kingdom and the United States working in union with each other, they are making a difference for visually impaired individuals.
