It was announced by the Republic of the Philippines that Mr. Paul Borrow-Longain has been invested as a Knight of the Order of Rizel.
The Order of Rizel is the 8th national award in the order of precedence within the Republic of the Philippines, and recipients are entitled to use the style of “Sir”.
Due to being a British National, however, Mr. Borrow-Longain does not use this style, and instead uses the post nominal “KR”.
